Another Nigel dish, this time pasta, pesto and peas.

Oh my word what an absolute delight this dish is.  So super easy, so super tasty and so very easy to eat a lot of.

I don’t often make pesto (why don’t I, I scream at myself) and it really was so quick and easy and so delicious.

We used trofie pasta, I thought the pesto would get inside the little folds and it really did. The peas work so well with the gorgeous pesto, those little pops of sweetness and the pasta was just perfect.

This was such a delicious dish and I know it will be made again soon.
