I spent some time tonight planning the next few blogs, planning what I need to do, what recipes we need to finalise and generally getting myself together. I bought some really very beautiful cauliflower in a variety of colours for one of our blogs. Cauliflower is such a beautiful underrated ingredient. Working out what to blog about and the recipe inception and testing really does take some time to do but, I absolutely love it. Would anybody like to pay me to not have an actual office job? Please?
