Today was the IT cooking club and we made cinnabunnies, cinnamon and hot cross bun spices in puff pastry - think cinnamon pastries that look like a bunny.  I got the inspiration from a post Victoria sent to me by Delish UK on Instagram.

We also made Easter bunny cakes using buttons and ferrero rocher, I used my own chocolate cupcake recipe and decorated the cakes after inspiration from Jess Lemon.

I also made a bbq chicken and sweetcorn pasta and mini egg cookies for the Deans.

After all the cooking the domestic goddess decided to leave by 5pm and so dinner for us was chicken mayo sandwiches which honestly were so good, they took about 5 mins to make but tasted totally fabulous.
