We are in Bristol at Tracie‘s Jane Austen inspired birthday party.

Today we woke up in a forgotten era, technology not yet invited and only certain foods and drinks available.  We started the day with a simple breakfast and then went off flower arranging where we learnt how to make a gorgeous flower headpiece.  We then had time to play games before a lovely buffet lunch. In the afternoon we attempted to make some embroidery although my level of skill let the whole thing down quite honestly.  The evening was full of traditional dancing, a lovely celebratory meal and lovely speech about Tracie.  We had a wonderful day.
