In the butchers were some gorgeous looking pork chops, so gorgeous that we could not just leave them, even though it wasn’t what we went in for. I love it when that happens. Anyway, we have a lovely recipe which is pork chops with gnocchi in a creamy mustard sauce, served with greens - today chard which I absolutely love. It is such a gorgeous dish, the mustard sauce goes so well with the pork which was cooked to perfection, soft and juicy inside yet the fat so crispy. A wonderful meal which we all loved - even Matt which did surprise me quite a lot. Try it if you want a really simple, fairly quick meal.
