Today we made the cod and prawn penang we meant to cook for Nicky and Brian.  We made the penang sauce and cooked the prawns in the sauce and cooked the cod in a frying pan on parchment paper so that we only had to use a very small amount of oil.  It really worked well.  We put the rice down, topped with cod and put the sauce and prawns around the base.  The picture really does not do not do it justice for how gorgeous it looked and tasted.
