I had my hair cut today, the first time in a while actually. It was lovely to see Thassio and catch up and I am so pleased with my hair cut.

After I got back, Nicky and Jack came over for a get together before we go away.  I made a pot of chilli with sour cream, guacamole, wraps, rice, the works.  The chilli was much hotter than I intended but luckily the 'fixings' took away some of the spice.  Jack obviously had sausages and I made my easy peasy chocolate cupcakes for him too.  We played Mexican train and cards and really had a fun evening. I feel lucky to have such great friends.
