Happy New Year!

What a year 2020 was.  I suspect that we are not going to see many changes for several months yet but I am determined to stay positive and be thankful for everything I have.  I have a lovely life and COVID has enabled me to launch this blog and do a lot more cooking than I ever thought possible while working full time.

Today we made a potato bake (the ultimate in comfort food), gammon in a sticky Christmas glaze with glazed brussels.  The gammon was absolutely DELICIOUS, the glaze was so fabulous everybody asked for more sauce.  It was a lovely way to start the New Year and we have enough leftovers for a gammon hash on Sunday - YUM.
