Today I received Nigella's Christmas book and there are so many really really lovely recipes in there.  I have a few of her books actually and really love them all.  There is this lamb, pomegranate and date Christmas tagine stew that looks absolutely delicious and really Christmassy, served with a pistachio couscous and I think it would just sing Christmas and be perfect in the run up to the big day when it is cold, a little spice always warms you through.
