So it is only 2nd of the month and already the cookbook club is filled with recipes from Marcus Wareing's new book, Marcus’ kitchen.  Everybody is so inspired which is so good. Last month was cook from the previous books so having a new book has been great for everybody. There is a beautiful looking pea salad that is on my hit list for the summer.  It looks vibrant fresh and vibrant and absolutely beautiful and I think it would be nice as a starter or with some fish or chicken perhaps, something light and fresh.
