I have now got a really lovely collection of cookbooks thanks to the cookbook club and a chance flicking of the TV last week reminded us we had Ching-He’s fabulous cookbook Wok On.  One of the things I love about this book is the dishes are quick and really my kind of food.  We made the peanut pork satay with noodles today and they were absolutely everything I wanted from the end of a very long week, super tasty, spicy, crunchy, super tasty and on the table within 20 mins.
