Today I was road testing Oreo cake recipes, and I don’t like to brag about my food but really it was so good. I put Oreos in both the cake batter and the icing and tried to keep the icing a so it would little tangy so it would not put people off by the whole thing being too sweet and I think it worked well. I could have happily gone in for a second slice which is when I know things have worked well.
