While we were away in South Africa I read Japaneasy by Tim Anderson and his fried chicken recipe really jumped out at me.  Have I told you how much I love fried chicken?  One of the things I really love is how many different books have fried chicken and how many different cuisines have a version and how different yet familiar they all taste.  I am going to run to the butchers tomorrow and buy some chicken and make the Karaage.  Is it wrong I am already excited?
