Today is another gorgeous day and we were catching up with the Tredgers at Jo’s house.  It was an ‘everybody bring something’ braai which I love as you can taste a bit of this and a bit of that which is so enjoyable.  We made coffee steak and took potato salad and Jo made pap n sous which was (and honestly always is) fantastic.  Her sous is hot but not unbearable and so tasty with just the right amount of curry powder.  I have made it before but Jo’s is always better!  Jo also gave me a cookbook, Simply by Sabrina Ghayour so I sent her a copy of Casablanca because she likes Moroccan and I loved the book so much.  It was such a nice day.
