Friday night and what a week. At the end of one of ‘those weeks’ the only thing you can do is eat pizza.  We went to our lovely mobile pizza van and this week we tried the crudo which was just so delicious, it had prosciutto, parmesan, rocket and cherry tomatoes and was divine.  Super tasty and very moreish.
