I really love sweet potatoes, they are soft and sweet and tasty and incredible - especially when roasted with melted butter all over the top.  Today however I thought that some sweet potato fries would be perfect and so today made a batch, they are delicious! Not as crispy as potatoes but the soft crisp is so nice, the taste wonderful and they are so easy to make. Just cut them, steam them in a bag in the micro and then either fry or put in the oven until slightly golden.
