It is really cold now and it makes you want to just dress up in jumpers, sit by a fire and eat warming dishes.  Today was one of those days, I just felt cold so to warm me up I made for dinner a big bowl of steaming wet polenta with a gorgeous paprika heady sausage ragu, meatfree sausages as it is meat free Monday.  It really hit the spot and it was just what the doctor ordered.  Just delicious.
