Mondays are always such hard work and today was made worse by a water leak so we had to spend hours sorting bits out, moving things, drying things. By 8pm we were both tired and didn’t fancy cooking for a long time so made a quick pasta puttanesca. Yes the original which cooks for a long time is better but this was surprisingly good and on the table in 20 mins.
