Today I got a new cookbook, Zumbo by Adriano Zumbo which I could not wait to get stuck in to.  It is full of amazing desserts which would probably take all day to do - or even a few days maybe.  Some fabulous, some fascinating and a few I had to really think about.  This is one of those books you read and learn so much from. I love my cookbook collection.
