Today Mrs Sullivan is in our hearts and thoughts and so we had a dish that always makes us think of Mrs S more than any other, a schnitzel and carrot salad.  Now our schnitzel was halloumi with hot honey harissa, which obviously Mrs S would never have had, it would have been a chicken schnitzel all the way.  Also her carrot salad would have been plain however the essence of the dish was purely Mrs S.  To complete our ode, we ate this with a glass of sweet(ish) wine.  We miss you Ma Betts and you are always in our hearts.
