I ordered my shopping today and was so ridiculously excited to see kalettes were back in stock.  I first read about kalettes last year but by the time I discovered them they were out of stock and I haven’t been able to get them since.  They are a cross between kale and sprouts, both of which I absolutely love. I sadly just read about them a tad too late last year.  So imagine my complete joy when I realised they were back in stock.  I really cannot wait to get them tomorrow.
