Have I ever told you I have a thing about cauliflower? I do literally love it.
How I love it best is when I roast the whole cauliflower. Wash it, leave the leaves on, put some salt and olive oil on it and cook it until it was lightly charred and so good.
Today I made a bang bang sauce and then I roasted the cauliflower and the leaves separately then I put the bang bang sauce on the cauliflower and ate the leaves separately. The bang bang Cauli tasted just like the one you get in Wagamama’s, so good.
