This weekend we had Sean and Rosalyn's wedding and got back early afternoon.  We had a brilliant weekend but by the time I got home I really felt like I needed to take a few days off to recover. Instead of that I put the kettle on, grabbed and Twix and going through the post found my new book My Italian Kitchen by Laura Cassai had arrived.

So what could I do other than sit down and have a little flick through. The seller, Alice, wrapped it beautifully and put a lovely little note on it and inside was signed.  The book itself looks brand new and the recipes inside are so much and I love how Laura plates. This is one I am really looking forward to diving into.
