My master stock I have been nurturing for a while now and it needed some tlc today and I thought as I was going to be heating it I may as well use it.  So tonight we had Jasmin rice, steamed pak choi and crispy pork with a sticky master stock sauce. The pork was perfectly crispy, the rice fragrant and the pak choy cooked perfectly.  It tasted so lovely it is going to be a staple.  Just a touch of chilli oil and it was the perfect feel good meal.  I love Chinese food.
