The book of the month for the book club is Edd Kimbers One Tin Bakes.  It probably is not a book I would have bought (even though I do have a book of his already) but I enjoy the bookclub and so thought I would go for it. Going through it when I got it today it is a lovely book with some really nice looking recipes.  The first recipe I am going to try is the flourless chocolate meringue cake.  It looks so pretty and I am intrigued to see how the meringue and the cake work out.
