To combat the cold cold day we made chilli con carne which is a perfect warming meal

My new book arrived today, Le Gavroche by Michel Roux Jr and it is filled with classics that would serve my cooking well

We ended the week with wings, it doesn’t get much better than that

Tonight we ate colourful and healthy

After a very busy day today this evening was a very quick mushroom stir fry
